1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Annona Bot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Annona Bot is an AI-powered FAQ chatbot platform that allows businesses to deploy multilingual customer support widgets on their websites. The Service uses artificial intelligence to match customer questions with your FAQ content and generate responses.

3. AI-Generated Content

Responses generated by the chatbot are produced by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies or errors. You are responsible for reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of your FAQ content. Annona Bot does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Distribute misleading, harmful, or illegal content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service, widget, or API
• Build or distribute unofficial clients, wrappers, or integrations that access the API outside the provided widget without written permission
• Exceed usage limits through automated or abusive means
• Collect personal data from end users without appropriate consent and disclosure

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all FAQ content you upload. By using the Service, you grant Annona Bot a license to process, store, and embed your content solely for the purpose of operating the chatbot. We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

8. Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period. No prorated or partial refunds are issued for any reason, including unused time or queries. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these terms. In such cases, the subscription is cancelled immediately with no refund, and access to the Service may be revoked without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Annona Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to damages from inaccurate AI responses.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify account holders of material changes via email.
